OVERVIEW
USAID is the largest provider of food assistance in the world, partnering with the UN and NGOs to implement emergency response and development programs. Managing these multifaceted programs in a complex regulatory environment does not need to overwhelm an organization’s operations and business practices. Led by an expert trainer with more than a decades’ experience in USAID/USDA food assistance programs, this two-day workshop, will give you a working knowledge of the specific regulations that govern USAID programs and identify best practices for effective and efficient operational management.
