OVERVIEW
This two-day workshop provides participants with an excellent opportunity to enhance their skills in human resources management in international NGOs. If you have just transitioned to an international nonprofit HR role, are moving from an HR specialist to an HR generalist position, or are responsible for overseeing staff who work in this area, this course is for you.
